Very short walking distance (a block or so) to Northwest Medical Hospital, Springdale Water Park, Springdale Public Library, and many fast food restaurants along 71B.

The rambler has an open concept living/dining/kitchen area, 65-inch Smart TV with Sling TV service and 300 mbps wireless internet for fast streaming. Wood and tile floors throughout, everything updated! A selection of books and board games available for guests, as well as a cornhole game to enjoy in the back yard. Self-serve entry/access, so you can arrive after check-in time if you so desire.

We offer coffee, condiments, cookware, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen. Beds have all linens included. Baths include towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

The garage has a table, chairs, and a charcoal grill for use in the back yard.
